Une grosse mise à jour du logiciel de Montage, d’Etalonnage , de Mixage, d’Effets Visuels et d’Animations Graphiques de Blackmagic Design vient d’arriver et se nomme DAVINCI RESOLVE 15.2.
Cet upgrade gratuit MAC, PC et Linux apporte un peu plus de 30 nouveautées basées sur le feedback des utilisateurs que nous sommes et le moins que l’on puisse dire c’est que les petits gars de chez Blackmagic Design travaillent sur leur logiciel.
Dans la partie Montage, le moteur de gestion de la Timeline et de la visualisation de notre travail a été amélioré et on peut désormais travailler beaucoup plus vite sans ralentissement avec des animations qui permettent de mieux voir ce qu’on est en train de faire.
L’outil de customisation du clavier de DAVINCI RESOLVE 15.2 a été complétement repensé et ressemble plus à celui du logiciel de montage AVID avec une interface qui montre un clavier ce qui permet une création et une gestion des raccourcis plus rapide et intuitive.
Bref c’est beaucoup simple et en plus vous pourrez même assigner des commandes dans les menus déroulants.
Un nouvel indicateur ROUGE a fait son apparition et vous montre quelle partie de l’interface est active ce qui est beaucoup plus simple pour savoir dans quelle partie du logiciel vous êtes en train de travailler.
Les Outils de sauvegarde ont subi une petite cure de jouvence, on découvre un nouveau menu d’Import et d’Export et on trouve aussi un Dictionnaire des mots clés situé dans le menu WORKPLACE.
Mais ce n’est pas tout, un outil de détection des plans en double a été ajouté ce qui va simplifier le nettoyage de votre timeline.
Dans DAVINCI RESOLVE 15.2, les vignettes des plans utilisés dans le Mediza POOL ont désormais des annotations sur elles qui permettent de savoir en un seul coup d’œil quels sont les images qui ont été utilisées dans le montage et quelles sont les parties du plan qui ont été sélectionnées.
Une nouvelle fonction permet de créer une nouvelle fenêtre de MEDIA POOL des clips qui sont utilisés dans la Timeline de montage, une fonction qui va faire plaisir aux monteurs qui vont exercer leur art sur Davinci Resolve 15.2.
La fonction de ZOOM DYNAMIC a été améliorée et s’active automatiquement des que vous bougez la fenêtre de zoom.
Le SOUS- TITRAGE a lui aussi subi une petite cure de jouvence avec la possibilité de taper une durée précise sur une zone de texte ce qui permet de l’ajuster automatiquement à la durée d’un dialogue.
Ceux d’entre vous qui travaillent des photos en vertical ou des vidéos qui n’ont pas le même format que votre Timeline vont adorer l’Open Fx BLANKING FILL. Celui-ci remplit les bords noir sans que vous ayez à le faire par vous même.
La partie COLOR de DAVINCI RESOLVE 15.2 a elle aussi reçu son lot de nouveautées. La gestion de l’ACES (ACADEMY COLOR ENCODING SYSTEM) a été améliorée et les Open FX d’ACES TRANSFORM pour étalonner et exporter des plans en ACES dans l’espace colorimétrique et le gamma de votre choix.
Dans la version payante DAVINCI RESOLVE 15.2 STUDIO, vous trouverez un nouvel plugin pour l’étalonnage des films luxe et beauté nommé BEAUTY qui vous permet d’adoucir le SKIN TONE et les textures de manière réaliste.
Bonne nouvelle, on peut désormais exporter les STILLS de la fenêtre GALLERY avec leur véritable nom.
La partie FAIRLIGHT de DAVINCI RESOLVE 15.2 n’a pas été oubliée, vous pouvez désormais bouger les transitions AUDIO qui ont été faites dans la partie EDIT et les clips qui ont été travaillés ont désormais une couleur différente avant de voir plus facilement ceux qui ont déjà été travaillés.
On peut aussi sélectionner plusieurs clips en même temps et leur poser la même transition AUDIO.
Le Plugin STEREO FIXER corrige le problème de mappage des canaux stéréo en un seul clic permettant ainsi de régler plus facilement des dialogue en dual mono montés sur une piste stéréo.
Le MULTIBAND COMPRESSOR offre une analyse spectral en temps réel et vous permet d’ajuster indépendamment quatre des bandes de fréquence différentes ce qui va faciliter le mastering.
Le regroupement des VCA permet de réunir des bandes de canal pour ajuster leur gain simultanément qui respectent les fonctions modes solo et mute.
Comme vous avez pu le lire, c’est une mise à jour majeur avec une multitude de nouveautés qui font de DAVINCI RESOLVE 15.2, la version ultime pour Monter, Etalonner, Mixer et faire des Effets Visuels ou des Animations Graphiques en restant dans le même logiciel

Comme toujours avant de faire la mise à jour et de passer à DAVINCI RESOLVE 15.2, je vous conseille de terminer vos projets en cours et de faire un BACKUP de votre DATABASE, cela évite pas mal de galères.
